Proposed Addition to the Administrative Plan

The North Bend City/Coos-Curry Housing Authority is posting the following item for a 30-day public comment period:
Proposed New Policy: Transition Policy for EHV Participants
The Housing Authority proposes to add a new policy to the Administrative Plan, specifically in Chapter 18, Section III.A. This policy will establish a structured transition process for Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) households moving to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, ensuring continued housing assistance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD- Capital Fund- North Bend and Coos-Curry
The North Bend City/Coos-Curry Housing Authorities invite community members to participate in the public comment period for the 2025 Capital Fund Plan. This is an opportunity for residents, stakeholders, and interested parties to review and provide feedback on the proposed plan, ensuring it reflects the needs and priorities of our communities.
A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at our office located at 1700 Monroe Street, North Bend. During this meeting, we will accept both written and oral comments on the plan.
The 2025 Capital Fund Plan, along with supporting documents and relevant materials, is available for review at the same address. Copies may also be requested for those who wish to review the plan in advance.
