NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the Coos and Curry county residents in reference to the Five-Year/Annual Agency Plan to be submitted to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2025. Coos-Curry Housing Authority operates the Public Housing, manages a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Public Housing funds being allocated for this year are estimates at $132,527 for Operations Funds and $207,657 for Capital Funds. Community members are encouraged to attend this hearing on September 10th, 2024 at 1:00 pm at 1700 Monroe Street, North Bend OR 97459.
A Copy of the Five-Year/Annual Agency Plan will be available for review from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday (except Holidays) at the address below Persons can also submit written comments prior to the Public Hearing to:
