Notice of Public Review and Comment Period – FY 2026–2027 Annual Plan
The North Bend City Housing Authority has prepared its FY 2026–2027 Annual Plan in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. The Annual Plan outlines the Housing Authority’s mission, goals, objectives, and strategies for providing safe, quality, and affordable housing opportunities throughout Coos County.
Public Comment Period
July 21, 2026 – September 4, 2026

Public Hearing
The public notice includes the date, time, and location of the public hearing for the FY 2026–2027 Annual Plan. Members of the public are encouraged to review the Plan and submit comments prior to or during the public hearing.
