The North Bend City and Coos-Curry Housing Authorities are committed to expanding access to safe, affordable housing throughout Coos and Curry Counties. Through strategic partnerships with local governments, nonprofit organizations, developers, and state agencies, we are investing in new housing communities that will serve individuals, families, seniors, and people experiencing homelessness.
These developments represent the future of affordable housing on Oregon’s South Coast. From family housing and supportive housing to senior communities and workforce housing, each project is designed to meet critical community needs while creating lasting opportunities for housing stability.
This page highlights our current development projects, their status, and information about future leasing opportunities. As each community progresses toward completion, application information and leasing updates will be posted here.

North Bend Family Housing Phase I
Applications are now being accepted for North Bend Family Housing Phase I, our newest affordable housing community located in North Bend.
Opening in October 2026, North Bend Family Housing Phase I will provide 105 high-quality, energy-efficient apartments for individuals and families. This new community represents one of the largest investments in affordable housing on Oregon’s South Coast in decades.

North Bend Family Housing – Phase II
North Bend Family Housing Phase II is the next expansion of our affordable housing community in North Bend and is currently in the development phase.
Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2027. Once completed, Phase II will add 48 additional affordable apartments, including homes for individuals, families, and supportive housing residents, further expanding housing opportunities on Oregon’s South Coast.
At this time, applications are not yet being accepted. As construction progresses, information regarding leasing timelines, eligibility requirements, and application procedures will be posted on this page and shared with the community.

Anchor Point Housing
Anchor Point Housing is a new affordable housing community currently in development in Gold Beach. Once completed, the community will provide 19 affordable homes designed to serve individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with supportive services available to help residents achieve long-term housing stability.
Construction is expected to begin following the completion of financing, permitting, and environmental review.
At this time, applications are not yet being accepted. As the project moves forward, leasing information, eligibility requirements, and application procedures will be posted on this page and shared with the community.
