In 2024, we served more households than ever before, providing 1,262 households—over 2,500 individuals—with a safe and stable home each night.
Our Impact
- $6.1 million in Housing Choice Voucher payments supported local landlords and strengthened the economy.
- $346,000 invested in contractors and vendors kept properties well-maintained and supported local businesses.
- Outreach, partnerships, and landlord engagement connected families to critical resources beyond housing.

Housing Choice Voucher
Housing Choice Voucher Program is a tenant based assistance, meaning assistance follows the tenant, as long as they remain eligible for the program. The Housing Authority is not the landlord, but assists with rent payments to the landlords.
Public Housing
Public Housing are units that are owned and managed by the Housing Authority. This program is a unit based assistance meaning if a family moves out of the unit, the assistance remains with the unit. One small pet is allowed with prior approval before moving into a unit. There is a refundable Pet Security Deposit required.
